Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Nefra. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nefra website, AI applications, research data, and subscription services (collectively, the “Services”). Nefra is a California Limited Liability Company (LLC).

Important Notice: By accessing Nefra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. As a California resident, you may have additional rights regarding your data and AI interactions.

1. AI Research and Applications License

Nefra grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access our AI research and news. You may not scrape, decompile, or reverse-engineer any Nefra AI models or proprietary algorithms. All “Resultant Data” created through Nefra remains the intellectual property of Nefra LLC unless otherwise stated in a specific enterprise agreement.

2. California AI Transparency Disclosures

In compliance with the California AI Transparency Act, Nefra informs you that content generated by our applications may be synthetic. Where applicable, Nefra embeds latent provenance data to identify AI-originated content. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure these digital watermarks or safety disclosures.

3. Subscriptions and Advertising

Subscription Terms: Paid accounts are billed in advance on a recurring cycle. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are subject to our sole discretion.
Third-Party Ads: Nefra displays advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers found on Nefra are solely between you and the advertiser.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Nefra AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of non-consensual deepfakes or the use of our research to facilitate cyberattacks, as outlined in California SB 53.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nefra provides AI insights “as-is.” AI research is experimental by nature. Nefra LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs, automated decisions, or news summaries provided through the Services.
